ABOUT ANTHEM ARIZONA
Anthem residents enjoy a growing number of amenities that are part of the larger community of Anthem. A diverse array of retail outlets, medical offices and business parks has sprung up in recent years, enhancing Anthem's self-contained feel. It's no wonder that residents say proximity to so many conveniences is one of the main reasons they love living here.
Anthem Real Estate is part of a Del Webb master planned community. Anthem homes are a special mix of functional utility and the aesthetic beauty of the home itself, all within its 5,800 acre community.
Anthem Arizona real estate ranges in price from $240's to over a million. The Anthem Country Club offers golf course living with two country clubs that also have tennis, workout facilities, clubhouses and a pool. The Anthem Country Club is a gated community, built around two championship golf courses, and rises up the hillside. Anthem has two luxurious country clubs each at 34,000 square foot clubhouse with pool and tennis at both facilities. Anthem has a little bit of everything, including 300-foot elevation changes, arroyos, mounding, waterfalls and tiered greens, but a few of the finer qualities of the course really stick out. As with any championship-caliber course, Anthem places a premium on accuracy off the tees. The greens are large, many with two or three tiers, and are well-protected. Narrow necks and front-side bunkers take the bump and run shot out of the bag on most holes, and landing on the wrong tier drastically increases your chances for a three-putt. Anthem Golf & Country Club's has two 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Greg Nash & Associates, is a beautiful desert course, where you can witness awesome sunrises and sunsets burst over the zigzagging arroyos and saguaro-studded canyons.
Tucked away from the Anthem Club activities are secluded resort-style pools to provide a tranquil respite. The two Fitness Centers use the latest cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines,and are staffed by professional trainers and massage therapists offering a full range of health, fitness, nutritional and spa services.
ANTHEM PARKSIDE
Anthem Parkside is a family oriented neighborhood, although there are still many residents without children. The Anthem Community Center is constantly busy with activities like dance classes, sports leagues (for both adults and kids), exercise classes, music and computer classes and fun events like a rock wall climbing contest. Outdoors is busy too, with the “Big Splash” water park, a 63 acre park with catch-and-release fishing, a railroad, a skate park, and acres of baseball and soccer fields.
